Adrian is a manager at Bill's Pet Shop and a dedicated family person who grew up near Pittsburgh, is a fan of its sports teams, and balances her time with travel, sports, and caring for her diverse pets.

Gladys is a passionate veterinary professional who moved from Arizona to North Carolina in 2020, joined EPH in September 2021, and has been actively working in the animal care field for about six years, starting as a bather.

Shiona is a certified veterinary professional who settled in Havelock, NC, after high school and transitioned from customer service and stay-at-home motherhood to emergency veterinary medicine, driven by a deep love for sick and injured pets.
